I grow alot of heirloom fruits and veggies. 

It can be but most people put all their eggs in one basket rather than focus on getting a larger basket (i.e, getting more deal flow). 

Our thought also is if one market has an unusual shift for some reason, all of our eggs are not in that basket.

Think of it as a first line of defense for low hanging fruit.

When I have extra cash around the holidays, I love to send out large gift baskets or send a portion of rent back so they can buy presents for their kids.
