It's got better build quality, and the UI is a lot cleaner- I think the operating system is a lot less bloated than windows 10 and allows the computer to perform better than it's peers with similar processors & memory

Wealth has more to do with time than it does money.The ability to have your wife at home with the kids when they come home from school is wealth.Having both spouse work with kids spending time in day-care or after-school programs having experiences with strangers instead of parents is the lack of wealth.In the end, the person working two jobs may retire with  more cash than the surgeon, but the kids who grew up with mom at home have 1,000's of more memories with their real parents.When both couples are 85, both could buy their dream car, but at that stage in life, one will recall the memories of greeting their kids at the bus stop.

My first foray in HML in the SF bay area was for just such a company we did thousands of 80.10.10's  all sorts of 10 to 20k loans... then the early 80s the thrifts came in there and really gave us a run for our money.. and soon by mid 80s we no longer did homeowner loans it was at that time that HML became the province of investors and we only did investor loans... and mainly seconds even then... then banks would not allow seconds and we moved into doing firsts... yes short memories
