The giant hole in this argument is Median home price is updated monthly but the average income is based on census or yearly data.

I told the person I spoke with that we're very busy and didn't wish to be one more name on a giant list of newbies that would overpay for deals.  

It is a place where Europeans and North Americans live in harmony with the local population.

However, I have always made the profit hourly, I have always made the numbers work for me by always being flexible on my driving strategy,  and I haven't once complained about any business scheme the rideshare giants have pulled in the 8 years I have been driving. 

Obviously I don't want the newsletter to be a giant promotion so the content must be both relevant & valuable.What types of companies target realtors for regular marketing efforts anyways?

We don't ever carry a balance on credit cards, but I put EVERY single dollar I can onto credit cards to capture my rewards points and then we do our Asian and European travel in first class for free. 

-Look into the european style washer/dryer combo units.  

When your last name is Hinz's or Hilton, you may be an "Investor" where all you do is hand out giant piles of $, to get even bigger piles of $ in return, THAT'S an "Investor". 

Or is this a giant red flag? 

There are European countries with hundreds of them stacked together for housing as well as a huge developer in LA that uses them for low income housing, just to name a couple.
