Perhaps from her pov you are ignoring her requests for basic items that a rental should have....So, i would perhaps read your states landlord laws, and then maybe take a couple deep breaths....

A judge may accept a text message from the tenant as proof, but they are not binding in court and I wouldn't hold my breath about it.

The inside air quality has to be, again, far higher than what we naturally breathe on a daily basis to be substantiated as harmful.

Brick and mortar need to breath, especially if any kind of moisture gets in because it will be trapped and degrade the mortar.
