Granted she's high use (home all day, walker/wheelchair etc), but we found that it wasn't really waterroof, and allowed fluid to seep betwen seams (dog pee).

Doesn't cost much to put in a ramp at the front door, one wheelchair accessible shower and grab bars in a bathroom.

Roll in showers, extra wide doors, kitchens and bathrooms with wheel chair room, electrical plugs ADA height, etc... (???)

Since our bathrooms are VERY small (place was built in the 60s) compared to likely the size of your bathrooms I've put residential LVP in there since it really doesnt get walker or wheel chair traffic.   

If they are all wheel-chair bound, is your property suitable or will it require lots of changes?

To maintain the license requires passing inspections, and continuing education.As investors, you can choose to simply lease a home that's been made wheelchair accessible.

Same if a tenant slips on your driveway and breaks his hip and is lifelong in a wheelchair. 

May I ask if anyone know what organization that I can contact for building wheelchair ramp FOR FREE?

One guy dead in a bed.. so not to bad ,,  took him,, family rolled up mattress like burrito so easy clean up...One guy dead in wheelchair,, after about day & half  found by cable installer,..
