I was in Canton, Ohio a few weeks ago for a wedding.

Hello,My wife and I are looking to open a wedding venue in Northwestern Indiana.

Being around ski resorts has worked very well personally because there is obviously lots of traffic in the winter because of skiing but the summertime also offers a lot of activities like hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and WEDDINGS!

I already have a plan to do themed rooms, ensuite baths for all bedrooms, and since its commercial zone and is in a commercial area, weddings and parties are ok per zoning.Gururaj - a hybrid model is what seems to make the most sense. 

Get your cheap legal marriage and do the frou-frou ceremony later, if that's what you want, but remember that the point of a marriage is the marriage and not the wedding.

Organic farm/hire the laborHand picked cotton farm/hire the laborIf it's fenced, graze others cows and horses for a fee.Bring in some old "Stuff" to hide behind, and make it a paintball war park.Turn it into a vehicle wrecking/recycling yard.Set up hay bales and make it into an archery park, charge admission.Invest in some folding tables, chairs and tents and advertise it for quinceañera parties and wedding receptions.

My husband and I are looking to get into real estate investing, were young newly weds! 

We were hoping for a quicker turn around but are in the middle of planning a wedding and moving ourselves to Denver so the timeline got stretched a bit.
