I could probably continue to source leads by increasing my web presence and some local advertising, someone more local to the area would have a clear advantage, I believe.

Seems like Google doesn't partner with AirBnB like they do VRBO, booking.com, and others so that means my property won't show up as a vacation rental with the "check availability" booking link on google maps or google web search. 

If the locations turned negative, Dollar General never exercised the option to extend, and if the location remained good, they built a larger store across the street.

Big box stores also typically have contractors they refer out or a list somewhere.

Security is up to the user, not unlike how someone can store cash.

Talk to a local nursery (not big box store) to get ideas for good trees to plant.
