Just starting out and testing waters for BRRR in Chicagoland area.Any advice or suggestions regarding this?

That would mean there is an approved site plan that includes roads, water, sewer, storm water, curb, gutter and any required buffers.

It had 22 of the 25 lots occupied but we'll be fixing it up, filling it up, billing back water and raising rent up to market.

I believe the appreciation will slow/stop in much of the gulf towns on the water because of this.

Pretty cool.You probably won't find this type of home in Florida or anywhere where the water table is high.

Needs all new cabintry, windows, doors, roof (has some life left), fixtures, fencing, some electrical and plumbing changes, and some framing/drywall due to termite damaged sill plate in areas.

What is the speed of the internet, is it hot water (international property holders), is it AC.These basic clear descriptive items are great because if the price is fair and it clearly states the benefits.

Each of the 5 warehouses on this campus will require updates (construction of offices/bathrooms, roof repairs, paint, siding repairs, new penetrations for doors, updates to electrical, insulation, and extension of water and sewer).

Turns out, the previous owner did take many steps to mitigate the moisture damage and the home was very dry and mold free when we acquired it.
