Shout out from Houston.I found networking event to be the best venue as well as local RE club.Your profile said your brokerage buy property so isn't that somewhere you can start?

I've looked at various deals, from various venues, I guess I just haven't found anyone motivated to get rid of their property.

And then more letters of denial.I'm looking for a venue that allows owners to start documenting their experiences, evidence, etc. about the HOA boards activities, establish proof of patterns and even use to fight the board.It seems sad, but apparent, that communities almost have to form Anti-Home Owners Associations because the HOA board has forgotten their purpose.

I have been to the KYREIA meetings, but think a smaller venue may help the beginners or intermediate investors help expand their network.

Why, simply because of its demographics, tax laws, anonymous offshore banking makes the little nation an attractive venue for large, medium, small business enterprise.

My real desire is to learn the ins and outs of real estate and how i can use this venue to build long term wealth.

For a house that big I feel like it would be a LTR unless you have a specific idea for it (ie like a wedding venue house or something like that).

My wife and I own three rentals but wish to delve into new REI venues

Arlington has an Improv Comedy venue, Six Flags, Texas Rangers, AT&T stadium (home of the Cowboys), a Dave & Busters and lots of beautiful communities/neighborhoods. 

All you see is that fans and admirers call you praising you and they are honored you took their call and thank you for it.This is the EXACT opposite with other marketing venues, and no matter how hard you try to explain this to others they will NEVER have a clue till they experience this for themselves.
