It's crashed so much that the only way is to go up ( causing the mortgage rate to go lower as well).This activity causes the Dollar to reach 3 month low as well, if the Dollar could go lower into 6-9 month low ; we could say the "so-called recession crash" is over.

Still no economy to support the increase in home prices, so needless to say we got hit pretty hard in the Crash...Other drawback to the area since there is a shortage of Economy up here, would be the Commute time up and down the Cajon Pass, 4000' elevation climb in just a few miles, " the Pass" has been know to ruin a brand new car before you are even done paying it off, so figure in a new car payment if you are thinking about commuting to work from here...

Steve Eisman (ala the Big Short, played by Steve Cornell), is pushing for the Fed to not cut rates, saying it could create a bloated stock market and potential crash.

ya there is going to be some spectacular flaming crash's coming up with these folks structuring these deals this way.. hard to use Facebook as your deal structuring bible.. so much is just total ignorance and then its propagated.

@Zeke Nickie So far the only two times I’ve crashed and burned in real estate has been when I’ve been involved with a partner so just be super careful if this is the path you choose to pursue.

This was in early 2016 when there were still a lot of foreclosures on the market and REOs from the aftermath of the 08 housing crash.

My day of wanting to buy a Jet is long gone :) that crashed and burned in 09 when the economy tanked and I had to start over.
