quick question that I need some advice on, Ive been undecided if i should become a real estate agent, real estate investor or both.

And for the eventual home building, barnominium style, I am currently undecided if I will do cash or financing.Also, in this scenario should I expect the broker helping give his opinion on the land for building on to be given a commision for the land purchase, or would it be appropriate to think that he may simply have the motivation to make sure the land would be appropriate to build on, so in the near future when we work with him building on it that there aren't any major surprises that make that deal of his fall through.Again thank you for any thoughts you can give on these issues, it is much appreciated!

Life intervened and over the course of the next 12 years he was undecided on his course.  

I am undecided about whether to do the ADU/JADU as a single story (which would result in no outdoor space for those units) or as a two story, which I am told is significantly more expensive due to foundation issues.  

Listing price is undecided but I'll have to come up with something in the next day or two.

I was undecided on going though a market maker, or a broker that directly connects.

Did you still consider it or still undecided or did you walk away?

I’m like upset because Im trying to understand that most of the people here are experienced investors and I respect that you guys dont have time for any BS and would like to continue to invest but I don’t think there’s any need to be that aggressive if we newbies are undecided especially if it involves that big amount of money.
