I am the contrarian as I would run from this and here is some of my reasons 1) with one side gutted, conventional financing will be unavailable.  

We have had situations where the person moving in and the person moving out are on the same day and our maids(we have 3 crews that we use) were unavailable, guess who had to go clean a unit.
