Your license will help you a litt bit on the front end of your jobs in investment deals but I have heard that you should let another Agent to sell your homes/apartments but you have to find somebody that is trustworthy..  

I do HML and I want my borrowers to show trustworthiness, good business practices (paying their loans on time), and ABILITY to repay.  

I have thought about doing a joint venture but finding people that are trust worthy isnt always easy, especially with me being fairly new too this and not having a huge network yet.
