I would recommend going to the city and touring around so you know what you're getting into.  

If possible, tour a few other homes in the area and see what they look like - are they updated? 

He didn’t do what he said he was going to do however and he toured all kinds of experience, that is apparent now was fabricated.

@David Yandel create a funnel to capture as many views as possible and then turn them into Tours, then applications.Just make sure you have a good screening process.

We have many members who are first-time buyers successfully doing deals with brokers—it's quite common.Start looking for deals that are marketed by brokers, and set up tours.

It's very expensive, has horrible traffic on restrictive roads due to the geography, but is very beautiful, not much snow, milder temperature swings, great hiking and outdoor activities such as 4x4 or hot air balloon tours - very touristy.  

People touring a house can be mighty inconsiderate.

The trip I just took from SF to Tennessee was solely to take a tour with a real estate investor and to drive around to look at property.
