I agree, shorter-term plays are tough in the current environment, and patience paired with a strong strategy often leads to success, unfortunately this is a strategy that a lot of real estate investors don’t really have the experience and the patience to follow.

Golf course is a tough business with dwindling play .. think the rise of Top golf and pickle ball.. :)Also if you look at federal forest ownership maps you will see that Huge areas are checker boarded with private ownership .

.- Your maintenance and repairs will be mostly limited to the interior of the property as the condo management will maintain the building- You won't have to worry about tenants maintaining the grounds around the buildingCons:- Condo fees may change drastically over time and it's largely not in your control- Condo bylaws can be tough to work around.
