Personal/rental/work.Normal insurance providers won't touch an airbnb.Any help would be amazing!

It often takes months to get your properties posted, and getting in touch with the Tampa Housing Authority is embarrassingly difficult.

If they agree its a deal worth doing they'll get in touch with me but if they dont like it I probably won't here from them.

Constant touches from us regarding rent, vacancies, tenant complaints, etc.  

Doing that will get you a couple of touch points that will bring you back to investing and be that little push to whatever “pull” brought you back to REI and BiggerPockets! 

Your not touching a multi unit in these areas for under 2 million, and even that will need work. 

I don't think anyone else can touch those numbers.
