What strategy/tactic changes will be needed to thrive in the future?

It is a thriving area and I haven't researched the market there but it is worth looking into.

With a number of hotels, bed and breakfasts, house rentals, restaurants and even a yoga retreat, Sansara Resort, ex-pats have begun laying down a solid infrastructure from which to build a solid, thriving community.Surfing in Cambutal is one of the biggest draws to the area.

If you open your own brokerage, you will be in charge of marketing, hiring new employees, getting a space, the list goes on.Make sure you understand what will go into it, and if you think you can continue your success while getting some agents under you to make your business thrive.

Like Anthony mentioned, DM has a thriving banking and insurance industry based around farming operations.Schools; IA has always prided itself on education.
