Threats are made in hopes to bully other people to get what they desire.  

There have been recent threats by the police department to begin fining me for the violations.

I just watched the thread devolve until she disappeared.   

Door lock, detector batteries, other consumables, replacement of damaged or disappearing items like pool towels and linens, replacing blown out screens (I spent over a grand just on screens last year though we did have a freak huge hail storm).

After I got the violation of course, he disappeared.

They have all disappeared to date.  

The title company doesn't insure complaints just actual threats to your title.

Just trying to be creative with positive reinforcement cause you can also go straight to 10 day notice and threats to split the fine across all 4 units.  

Additionally, cash flow can easily disappear if you need to repair a roof or HVAC system.

Nor would I buy here with the looming property tax threat against STR's.
