They are all very engaged and involved so I guess it all boils down to if you want passive invest in T-bills... if you want to earn better- get in the fight.  

Definitely target transit friendly areas that are within a 15m walk of the T.

In that case, it's important to check out the T-12 (trailing 12 months) financial statements.Looking at the T-12 is key because utility costs can vary a lot from one property to another.
