Is there an easy way to see where people are staying other than checking the prices on VRBO or paying for some subscription software?

I use ROI muse (its a paid subscription) but is well worth it if you are going into the commercial world, it has some really great reporting and scheduling features also.  

@Nicholas Aiola I incurred expenses during 2019 to begin my real estate portfolio (travel, online subscriptions, etc) but did not close on my first property until early in January 2020.

Also, thewholesalerstoolbox.com has a link to another affiliate that provides such info but requires a subscription. 

In short, I can't afford PropStream or any other subscription that would likely help me.

A costar subscription is north of $30k, so probably not worth it. 

Also is access to AirDNA included in my Pro Subscription?

It costs around $160 on amazon and comes with a 27 month subscription that allows you to download your transactions and once it expires, you need to buy an upgrade that will let you renew for a new period.

I would give that email address out to whomever in writing; it could also be given by a website portal that handles subscriptions and the like.Whether you should do that or not is not my call; whoever manages the property would have to go along with that.
