The field of engineering I do actually ties to real estate which is "Land Development."

We still see one another, but it's not the close family ties that once existed.

This is enough to keep wholesalers from trying to get your deal tied up and daisy chained. 

Investing in properties tied to future area developments requires careful evaluation of project timelines and potential delays.

For example if the states licensing code holds the licensee to an agency relationship with their client, then the wholesaler tying up a homeowners property for a below market price may be in violation.  

We're trying to decide between forming the LLC in Ohio or Wyoming.We've heard Wyoming offers stronger anonymity with lower costs, while Ohio might provide specific benefits for in-state real estate.Can someone please elaborate on the advantages and disadvantages of each state for our situation?

In my state, if you do that, your personal name and info aren't tied to the business records in any way. 

I was able to get free hand and get the spray on him....and apply some low end not so nice blows my dad taught me to use when battling a stronger opponent ....then I called the cops.
