Otherwise, I believe as of now all the other guys will not be able to gleam anything useful about your site's content. There are also sites that give you an idea of how the googlebot sees your site, so you can identify issues and fix them, like these:  http://www.evolvedwebsites.com.au/googlebot/http://www.seo-browser.com/http://www.webconfs.com/search-engine-spider-simul...I'm not sure if this helps or if you are way beyond that, however.

I figure we've got a year or two in the targeted areas and then we'll have to find another vein to tap.Having a father as a GC makes rehabilitating these kinds of properties especially appealing to us, either as a flip or a B(some number of R's, I forget). Are you actively investing?
Steve K. Water Heater issues. Can gas service interruption cause damage?
16 December 2017 | 2 replies
From your description, it is possible the burner needs cleaned and serviced and stopping operations just allowed buildup to harden and/or break loose and become an obstruction - or a spider decided to make its home in burner {we had a furnace not relight as a result of this once} ... though at 2(ish) years of age, it shouldn't be that dirty. While it is possible a sensor has failed prematurely, I'd start with a service.

Colin Ross Does anyone charge a "call out fee"?

If the tenant thinks it may cost 20 bucks, they may figure why risk reporting the drip drop sound behind the wall, the ineffective bathroom exhaust fan, rust around the water heater base, or clank in the appliance (remember their interest in the maintenance of your property is probably not that great; it's your place in the end... and they may be short term)....They are also your eyes and ears, so maybe, as mentioned already, in the on-boarding you can communicate their obligation to report legitimate property issues without calling you on a whim for something silly (like give them examples... don't call me if you spill a glass of water; do call me there is any leaking water from pipes; don't call me if you see a spider; do call me if you see a racoon family under the porch etc)....Best of luck!
