I drive a Tesla… it’s a really fun car… but has so much acceleration you can get yourself in a dangerous situation if you don’t respect its capabilities… especially as a new driver.  

It may be time to refresh the photos in your advertisement and offer a move in special with a reduced first month rent. 

It is just a matter of whether they broke it or not.It goes the same with all issues such as guest complaining about not being able to check in before check in time, or not able to find the item when we clearly stated where they are and sent them photo proof… I call this stacking the bullets before the battle and I tell my team you guys are sending me without weapon to fight if you don’t do this for me 😂 (I handle all the claims as I do this for my job)You are in an expensive market!

This is why the big corp builders or regionals control so much of the larger developmentsthe deals i funded are 34 lots 160 lots and 80 lots respectively and each of them have contracts on them by Toll and Lennar and one regional but they only close when we have permits in hand. 

Also, tell them to scroll through ALL of the photos to the end and leave the page open for 15 minutes. 

Set clear expectations with them upfront—weekly reports with photos, videos, or virtual walkthroughs work well.

I believe that all you need to do here is get a link to your profile (which you can find by navigating to your profile by clicking on your photo), then copy and paste that link into the FB group.

It’s easy to approach networking with a “what’s in it for me” mindset, but I found that the most valuable connections came from a genuine interest in building mutual trust and respect.
