IMHO.I did read recently that there are some in Govt considering for relaxing some of the current rules.

Maybe someone else is the checkbook and you're the muscle (or brains) and you split the equity/return somehow.

People tend to relax unless you stay on them sometimes.And you're right...the property is priced higher.

Maybe you could use it as a testing ground for potential PMs to eventually help run operations for other properties when you want to relax more?
