My personal opinion is unless you are truly redefining a new process, don't try and change the term.  

If Tenant smokes/vapes or allows others to smoke/vape on the premises, Tenant agrees to pay a penalty fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per violation.

How often should you reexamine to redefine your criteria.?

The changes include:  a financed property has been redefined as a residential one- to four-unit property with a mortgage for which the borrower is personally obligated;  ...  eligibility restrictions for DU loan casefiles and manually underwritten loans related to LTV, CLTV, and HCLTV and cash-out refinances have been removed, and are now aligned with standard eligibility;  HomeStyle mortgages are now permitted for these borrowers;  manual underwriting is no longer permitted for loans where the borrower has more than six financed properties; and  delivery of SFC 150 is no longer required (applied when the borrower has five to ten financed properties).

I have redefined wholesaling my own way and my results FAR outperforms anything I have seen here on BP.And don't make "realistic" goals for 8 months!

Since the "tenant" is still in the property, nothing should change as far as you the landlord are concerned (since the addendum redefined "tenant").

But I love using my guys here in Tulsa because I don't have a seasoning period and their customer service has been outstanding.I personally have had to redefine my goals based on the amortization and take a hit on cash flow but they make the "repeat" part of BRRRR really easy.

Looks like you might have to redefine "my area" - elsewhere?...

It has been redefining itself from a steel town to a medical/tech hub the past 5 or so years.  

I'm thinking of adding either a cell phone shop or vape shop into the retail space (I have friends who run those type of businesses, so I'd like to get them renting in my bldg).
