If you are buying and then hoping to sell after taking title you likely have more costs so need more of a margin.What does then to happen is someone finding a solid deal but they want to milk it for everything it is worth.

Someone that is generally a jerk to the tenants and may look for opportunities to take advantage of them.S/he just doesn't care or actually is purposefully not repairing his buildings to milk the most amount of money out of them.I would say that where the property is located has nothing to do with being classified as a slumlord.

Then paint the stairs (usually 2 coats) with a Hershey's Milk Chocolate color brown (I had to get the local flavor in there - pun intended).

I have gotten 3 leads so far, but two of them were dead leads....do your homework or these companies will milk you dry.
