The reality is you can make it work anywhere, you just need to understand the market and the numbers.  

As you mention, this has been priced into the markets for some time, and the reality is those who buy MBS's and invest in mortgages compete against the 10 year treasury bill.

I know we're not supposed to talk politics, but the reality is, it's politicians that set the policies that affect real estate and construction, so it is relevant.

Bookkeeping when it comes to real estate investments can get tricky.I often find the following mistakes occur1) They fully write off the mortgage payment when in reality the mortgage payment is broken down into Interest, principal paydown and an increase into the escrow account.2) If the property is managed by a PM company, do not factor in the PM Statement3) do not calculate depreciation expenseBest of luck in your search for a proper bookkeper.

Hard-wired smoke and CO are the responsibility of the landlord, and in reality, the batteries are too because you are protecting your property from fire.

They said the reality is that generating leads is tough and I should give it a full month before evaluating the results.

Reality is many bad events/outcomes was done with risk and/or stupidity including poor research.

FYI this is a lengthy, bureaucratic process, but since Im not seeing a lot of info about the reality of it-I am sharing what I’ve learned.
