When I consider the risk and the rebuilding costs, I am surprised the insurance is not even higher price.We got a referal for our CA FAIR agent from the RE agent and they were real responsive. 

Start with the Arizona Department of Real Estate website and verify credentials, search licensees by entering their names. 

Since I am entering this field in the latter part of my life (63), I do not want 'long-term' investments as I am not interested in making millions, but having enough for the remainder of my life to 'Vive La Vida Loca'!

Although i do think there is more money to be made in RE than selling soap. 

However, I received some feedback from one of my partners that the play here would be for an investor to subdivide or re plat the land for a multiple tenant situation.

I used a RE agent to show vette and place tenant for the first months rent.. then I self managed..

RE isn't the stock market. 

I'm not sure how I would offer to do a specific job or task when I'm not even sure of the tasks that are typically needed to be done in a RE deal. im not sure if my question makes sense to others but hopefully i could get some advice on how to go about offering my services of time. thanks for you time!
