(We knew the parents so my wife just about adopted these sheltered girls).The OTHER girl's BMW would not start & it was blocking her vehicle against the 2 car garage & she has to get to her Gross Anatomy final (Yep final year pre-med).The wife went over (2 miles away) opened the garage door (no-one ever parked in as they had already lost the remotes) and she was able to drive into the garage & back it out.Same girls called the wife @ 11pm for baking soda to make cookies.

In some states you can also attach vehicles and or property and place liens.

Do a walkthrough at least 2x a year to check for loose wall trim, broken railing brackets etc. 

Once again, not trying to put down RE as an investment vehicle, but with the inflated housing prices and higher interest rates the math just doesn't work. 

The truck you bought will instantly lose value the moment you drive it off the lot, it will depreciate over the years due to the miles you rack up on it and the normal wear and tear of a vehicle.

And it causes the 16 year old driver of the other vehicle to have brain damage and loss of mobility which will require 24/7 nursing care until their death at 75 years old.  

Being a land lord and collecting rent it seems to me will stay the #1 vehicle especially for folks just starting out.I created a very unique note investment back in 2012 and a few folks knocked me off.

It is a vehicle like any other investment where you can cashflow and build equity.
