Based on my observations, there appears to be sufficient support among council members to implement registration and some restrictions.

I won't have to do this again for 20+ years.Electrical in most of these homes is usually sufficient unless you still have knob and tube.

In my opinion, it's all based on quality or quantity.

Insurance is great and absolutely required but it may not be sufficient if a renter or tenant comes after you.I have always suggested that investors go in highly leveraged.  

Off the cuff, FHA can be difficult with appraisals, sellers willingness, self-sufficiency test, life time PMI, & FHA premium.

I want this business to be self sufficient and I do not want use my own money.Please help.
