I know that many people say this is a bad idea, but it's a decision I've made at this point so I'm rolling with it.Here's the question though: Assuming I've confirmed that a dog is not a service dog/emotional support dog/psychiatric dog/etc, is it within my rights to reject a tenant based on the dogs individual temperament?

I have a psychiatric service dog for combat related PTSD and I'm also super athletic, because, you know, exercise makes life better when you're struggling mentally. 

I have been able to get him the medical treatment and therapies he needs without worrying about the cost. 

(Just teasing Jay- I ways want to link you in since you commented about this topic 2 years ago and I respect your opinion even if you drive one of those fancy electric cards and not a pickup truck;)  )     So-- Enough promotion and internal therapy,    My takeaway...

I can reduce if no animal becomes involved.WA is big on therapy, emotional support, etc animals not being pets so no additional pet deposit can be charged. 

I graduated with an exercise science degree from McKendree University (2020), but I plan to further my education in Physical Therapy.
