I remember a doctor on an exchange program; a gal that graduated from college 10 years prior and still traveling, working on archeologic gigs, botanical gardens, nursing homes etc.

If you are in NY, you may have run into a construction project that requires you to qualify for the Labor Guard program as a contractor.

If you want to spend money on a Real Estate education spend it on a prestigious Masters Program a couples of years after you graduate.
