I’ve been a bigger pockets member for a long time but I’m just now revitalizing my profile and getting back into real estate.

I was recently quoted as low as the high 5%'s on a FHA loan for a new primary property..these are attractive borrowing costs in comparison to the comparable costs of renting a similar property profile. 

It would be easier if you had a property profile account through your title rep.

Knowing the risk profile of the area and the asset vs returns is pretty much the most important equation when it comes to investing .

Its just very rare that this happens and this is mainly paranoia getting into peoples brain that they would need some sort of protection because of some high profile cases that have gone around the internet.
