Maybe Scott can weigh in here.Also most secretary of state's as I understand it enable folks to do a simple business owner search and figure out who the principal owner is of an LLC, so just because it says LLC on the Assessor Page for owner does not make it such that someone with a little where-with-all cannot figure out you are the owner.

A judge would understand that the tenant requested the long term contract in order to procure long term security and stable rates and could have easily signed a shorter lease without these conditions.
