I use a standard printing app from my phone but it doesn't operate off a queue so I have to tell it to print each envelope one at a time, and my Canon Pixma MG4120 printer spits out these little 3 5/8 x 6 1/2 envelopes on an angle when the stack gets so low.

Well how about this:It doesnt work because you tell someone that you can buy their house in cash, yet you can't even afford a damn printer, and printer paper, and print a nicely written with letterhead logo, professional and nice?

The cost varies per school, then you have the test fee, mls dues, your brokerage might require you pay desk fees or printer use, etc. the startup can easily be in the 1-2k range with monthly payments.

They work great - especially if the zoning is right and even better, they aren't considered improvements, they are considered business expenses ... thus, they don't change the property taxes on the dirt and can be amortized just like you'd depreciate a business printer.

What you don't want to do is say my LLC doesn't have any money in it, so I'll buy the appliances, pay the utilities, and order the printer I need using my personal debit card.
