Hi all,for those of you doing a mid term rental from out of state, how do you prepare your unit to get it fully furnished while out of state?

The conversation went as followsME: Hi I was wondering if there is any flexibility in taking the class that is not being offered in the Atlanta area.EDDIE: Oh Sure you can go to anyone of the other locations.ME: Im sorry, i ment will there be an opportunity to take the other class at a later date in the Atlanta area, say within the next year.EDDIE: Son if your not prepared to take advantage of this amazing opportunity in note buying then you just dont have the entrepreneur spirit to be successful.

Also, be prepared for paperwork and some level of bureaucracy, but keep in mind that if you’re willing to work through it, the rewards can be substantial.

It sounds like the separation between success and failure is based on proper preparation and realistic expectations.

I'm a project manager by career, so I know with proper preparation, anything can be successful.  

At least prepare solid rent history showing how much you collected and if it was paid on time.
