Any way good luck with it.. sounds like this company's eyes were way bigger than their stomach.. to scale on scattered lots is pretty tough logistically and I guess we are seeing that play out.

How will it all play out? 

This in turn will kill your exit strategy if you are not doing your due diligence and playing conservative.

There’s no real reason to jump into another market unless your goals shift and your current market doesn’t fit anymore—or if the market itself stops producing the results you need.Mastering one market and squeezing every opportunity out of it is a much better play than spreading yourself too thin and getting half-baked results in multiple places.

Playing around with my Excel spreadsheet and got to thinking about selling my rental property in the next few months vs waiting until it's paid off in Jun 2027.

I highly recommend you play with that tool to start getting an understanding of what things you can do to positively affect your credit! 

I recently have connected with investors who are interested in assisted living facilities, with the play of unlocking government funding, not sure if there's similar opportunities with SL facilities.

Like everything else... if the numbers work and all the other factors at play are good in your opinion.... go for it! 

But, if the deal is a true ABL play, I may not even look at a credit report at all.
