I know every business requires commitment, hard work and perseverance. 

Long-term the value of this property will overshadow the minor bumps our team perseveres through due to COVID-19 impacts.  

I wouldn't dabble in real estate because it requires a combination of time, attention and perseverance. 

I've had setbacks, learning curves and little issues but nothing that couldn't be overcome with perseverance and being willing to learn more. 

There is I believe a valid "weak" form of market timing that exists based on the simple understanding that cycles exist and having perseverance and patience will lead to good deals down the road.   

I truly believe that with enough grit and perseverance anyone can find success assuming they have put in the work to build a strong foundation through education.Of all the challenges you’ve faced, what setback led you closest to the verge of quitting and how did you overcome it?

You might have to get creative and choose to persevere amongst all the challenges. 

Without a strong why one won't persevere.   

Make more offers.This is possible, but heres the crux;  very very very few folks have the perseverance to contact every seller 6-8 times over 8 months, month after month, making offer after offer.   

Don’t get to concerned with competition, most will not have the tenacity and perseverance to commit to the end.
