Wholesaling is labor intensive until you grow big enough to hire or outsource. 

I out source what I hate to do.

By getting a targeted list, you can increase your chances of reaching people who share motivating factors - and have houses you want to buy.This is a good place to outsource.

I have no problem with this because I’m out sourcing this to my younger brother for a small fee.

Which leads me to outsource another means.

Have been trying to expand my thinking and outsource so for the first time I gave up leasing and let someone else handle it for me when my wife and I purchased our business and were needing to relocate 2 hours away. 

In the process of selling a property that is a 6 units mixed-used building.  5 residential units & 1 commercial space. 1 of the unit is zoned commercial with outsourcing dry cleaners.

This gives you a swag number of what an hour of your time is really worth and you can use it to make decisions whether something should be done by you or whether you should outsource (ie, cutting the lawn).

Anyone have effective systems for managing all this or do you tend to outsource it?

Now that my time is worth more I delegate and outsource a lot of tasks which has been great for scalability and business development.By the way, I use Rentec for management and application processing.
