So, overall, I think these four areas are very distinct in the style of life they offer.

At how many doors did you decide to go more into management side of things?  

The problem is at $250K what are you getting each side sqft, bed/bath count etc.  

If your doing an FHA and plan to stay in one side you have to figure out what that would benefit you.
