I requested a few days ago on several properties and am waiting on their decision.

To sum up what everyone is saying and what we do:- notify the tenant to call the police next time to file a noise complaint.- Send emails and texts to all tenants in the building reminding them of "quiet enjoyment" and respectful behavior to their neighbors.- Avoid being the mediator, judge, and jury

If you engage with them and seriously contemplate what they bring to the table, you will make a better decision in the end.And no one has tried to sell you a thing, just a bunch of real estate multimillionaires trying to help you, for free.

I'm looking at expanding into out of state and just trying to figure out what questions I should ask/data I should gather to make an informed decision!

It creates far more visibility into the company's operations, their investment decisions, etc.And lastly, you get to the overall ability of the sponsors.  

I figured this would be the perfect place to connect with like-minded people, get advice, and explore more resources to guide our decisions. 

There is also a solid chance that when you act decisively as a business owner that the 'bank of mom and dad' might just kick-in and settle all. 

Investors have got to make their own decisions on what's best for their money.

But I always leave the final decision to them so I'm not liable for their decisions. 

Even with 100% of funding, who gets to make expense and design decisions?
