I do think it's more seasonal nationwide, in denver specifically it's the migration plus seasonal.

There are over 20 active of us CPAs in these forums assisting Real Estate investors nationwide.

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

I'm looking to expand my network and connect with more real estate professionals nationwide. 

The conclusion I've drawn is that the major "skill" of the nationwide "guru" is an ability to tell the naive wanna be real estate newbie EXACTLY what he wants to hear, although it just isn't anywhere near reality.

Is it because you can't run nationwide campaigns (must be local, see sellers face to face to get good deals), or some other reasons why this can't be scaled?
