Programs will have where the head person occasionally does a zoom call or meets in person with a mass group of people.

But unless you have some local muscle who can show up and deal with the cops, OP needs to hire an eviction attorney ON MONDAY tell them what's happened and pay what you have to in order to have the eviction completed and the LOCKS CHANGED.

The more complex something is, the less likely to get the masses.

In fairness, I'd not expect more from a mass market paperback.  

It relied heavily on that industry, so when handcrafted furniture fell out of favor during to mass production people started leaving and it hasn't quite found it's new calling. 

However, for mass construction of affordable housing you can probably get closer to a cheap house - but still missing A LOT of cost.

At that stage you can sell it to masses at market rate. 

The masses do it, it's more accepted and feels safer. 

It will cause mass confusion all around and make more work for all parties.

To further cut down costs, they have some crazy distance allowed from mass transit for not requiring parking (I forget exact distance but maybe it was 3 miles).
