I managed it with spreadsheets and notepad on my phone only and used no accounting software the most part.Would you guys find more use in a service that replaces hands quickly or just having an app on your phone and computer to manage your flip projects that's visually appealing and easy to scale with?

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

I expect rents to go up a lot because less and less Americans can afford a house over time plus folks are far more mobile now so they may be inclined to rent vs buy.
