There are a bunch of different figures associated with this decision, such as new interest rate, old interest rate, cash flow of new property etc, but I'm having a hard time getting my mind around how to analyze the decision mathematically.  

I would want them to know what's going on and to LISTEN to what their frame of mind is.

It would blow your mind what I make off my LTR'S. 

Finding someone with the capital experience and then wants to partner is going to be tricky in my mind..
