just closed on #20 today. it's a milestone since one time we thought we'd stop "when we hit 20", and "can u imagine having TWENTY houses?"

That four-home milestone is marked by the first roadblock: many conventional lenders will refuse a 30-year fixed loan beyond that point. 

My guess is that more established contractors with their crew are more inclined to be involved with these loans because they get paid at various milestones and their work gets checked along the way.

They just finished a milestone for fundraising that will accelerate development.  

Hey Everyone - I'm excited to share big news for BiggerPockets . . . we just reached the 1 MILLION unique visitor milestone over the last 30 days.  

I’ve reached a milestone on BP—I now have a comma in my post count.

This gets a little hairy with certain timing issues as what happened first in time and then second with regards to certain milestones in the senior's foreclosure process and when the auction buyer took title.  

Key Milestones (i.e. permits, materials being delivered, etc.) should be highlighted, so you remember to keep an eye on anything that would prevent them from occurring on time.)

Truly this a milestone that would validate that all the hard work was worth the effort.
