Are those of you living off real estate accounting for medical costs/long term care when you're older? 

They provide no medical care, only cooking and cleaning. 

Also, one of the universities is adding a medical school to one of the hospitals here, it is due to open next spring if I am not mistaken.

There is a lot of tech and manufacturing growth to complement the hospitality and medical industry here.
