I currently live in Massachusetts where I have my master plumbing license so I’ve always been around construction.

As a first-time investor, I HIGHLY suggest going with a turnkey long-term rental, and once you begin to learn how to master that strategy, you can branch out into another.

Just as a preface, I have done many large developments, lots of SFR, master planned communities, etc.

I am glad to compare this to other training courses and master minds, the training is a tool, and like any good tool it doesn’t do the job for you is simplifies the job.

The bank or lender didn't get paid so the Master in Equity is auctioning off the house.It will be interesting to see what it sells for.What level of completion is the house?
