Is it possible to get a loan on a manufactured home in TX?

I am currently looking at a manufactured home in a very nice Mobile Home development. 

Coming from a warehouse/manufacturing background, I can tell you that there is how it should be, and how it is.

I have a stable long term job in manufacturing grossing approx 250k a year.

Biggest difference from CA are much more favorable landlord laws, taxes do NOT reassess on the sale, and still high appreciation due to land constraints, proximity to Lake Tahoe, tech and manufacturing job growth, Tesla continuing to expand, etc. 

Don't overcomplicate seller financing.In a conversation with my Mobiel Home Mover, I told him I got another Manufactured Home Community under contract with seller financing and 0% down.

@Justine Phillipson, would you say that, with the development of the TSMC manufacture in the NW of Phoenix, the house market is blooming ? 

The plan is to divide the 20 acres into lots sizes of 2-3 acres and build them to accept manufactured homes(double-wide).

What manufacturer do you plan on using if you don't mind me asking  A manufacturer I use here in NC have a nice one story plan if you want to save some money on the finsh work

Any experienced Manufactured Homes / mobile home investors willing to give me the time of day to discuss this field?
