As I have said they can throw people out for negativity so you will unlikely get a true and honest review from anyone in a forum like this. these training companies just follow MLM tactics  ala Amway etc.. right down to the sell the product make money. its all the same marketing just the product is different.

I started working for a company where we would serve properties to investors using the double close wholesale model.

If you are focusing more on turnkey's then I'd suggest partnering with one of the investment companies so you can buy a property that's been completely renovated and that has a resident already in place.

Insurance was a huge challenge, but BiBerk (a Berkshire Hathaway company) was willing to write a policy for us. 

Either way, there are forum posting rules about that as you seem to be really spending a lot of time to comment negatively about anything to do with my company. 

Separately, if I experienced flooding in the past and did major plumbing renovation work to resolve the issue, do I still need to disclose these resolved issues?
